Please read carefully before ordering. Placing an order signifies you have read and agree to our terms and policies!

UK and North Ireland have success shipping rate of 99.9% We do not ship packages to the USA and EU! We make every effort to provide our buyers with a positive shopping experience.    
  1. If you haven’t received your package and we have not received the package back, and it has been 14 business days – we will reship your package at no cost to you only ONE TIME for free! 
  2. If the RESHIPED order does not arrive for the 2nd TIME, we will not reship it for the 3rd time for free or make a refund. We send out orders only if a customer agrees to take the risks.
    1. We do not reship to these counties: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, Peru, Brazil, Israel, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, EU and USA.
  3. If the package is returned to the sender as the receiver is not available, we do not reship or refund! Please make sure that you enter the correct address for delivery and your full First Name and Last name!

  5.  We can cancel an order and return your payment before your package is sent out.
